Bark N Borrow – Dog Sitting, Walks & Home Boarding App Reviews

I got to borrow Mr. Ravioli for an afternoon, and it was an absolute pleasure. I grew up with dogs. We had the space, so it made sense. But now Im living smack dab in the middle of Los Angeles, and I dont have enough room to provide a pup with a happy home. Its the right thing. I know its the right thing. But I miss having a furry head to kiss and an eager belly to scratch. Dogs make me feel better, and spending the day with Raviloi was more effective than half a year of therapy. He was a great 4 month old, and I loved my time with him. Im so glad Bark N Borrow exists. Its a great idea that theyve done a beautiful job executing.

App wouldnt let me update my filter preferences to see what dogs were in my area. Maybe Ill download it again in a couple months when everything is worked out.

I want to use this app, but even with the update the location services is still not working correctly. Whenever I try to apply any filter to my search, I get a message that an error has occurred. This app is a great idea but I want to actually be able to use it.

Get an error message whenever I try to filter by distance, app is unusable!!

Like most people, I love the concept, but the location on this app is horrible. It shows dogs two states away and gives you an error if you try to limit distance...

Please fix the error where when you add a picture, you cannot scroll down to hit submit with the iPhone 6S Plus when trying to sign-up without Facebook... I cannot even make an account because I cannot scroll to reach the submit button after I upload the required picture.

The latest update was supposed to fix the location feature glitches, but the app is still as useless as it was before.

I downloaded the last version of this app and it was not able to provide matches within a specified location. They released an update stating this was resolved but its not. The matches I get are all over the globe. App does not work.

Seriously this idea is just adorable! I found this app through Facebook Advertising and I shared the link with everyone of my friends! I cant wait for others near me to download it!

I love this app!! I cant commit to owning a dog with my current schedule and apartment size so this allows me to get a furry fix. Owners have been incredibly friendly and grateful for the time I spend with their beloved pets. Win, win!

Love the idea, but the app needs significant improvements. Lots of embarrassing typos, laggy as heck, and other nuisances that come up when using the app.

I absolutely love this idea! It comforts me knowing I have a Facebook connection with the person watching my pup. Theres no other app out there like it! I am looking forward to using this all the time!

Ive always wanted a dog but never had the time or means to adopt full time. This app allows me the ability to play and care for a dog according to my availability. Ill be using this every free chance I get!!! Definitely recommend for anyone seeking some companionship in your downtime. Two thumbs up.

I tried to sign up without Facebook and when I uploaded a photo, the app wouldnt let me scroll down far enough to press submit. When I did link my Facebook page to the app, it pulled up someone elses profile. No idea whats up with that but not cool.

Seemed like a cool concept for people to hang out w dog for free while dog owner gets free dog sitting. However, there is a price filter (high, moderate, etc). Secondly, why require my photo during signup when half the profiles dont have one? Fake profiles? Third, I see many people have 0 reviews which is scary. Why am I going to trust some random person to take care of my pup? Lastly, the location feature/filter is atrocious. Tried to filter to my location (by zip or city) and it just kept directing me to North Atlantic locations. Huh?!?!? DELETE!

I love this idea and the community of dog-lovers who are a part of it. I have found many puppy play-dates for my pup as well as people who would love to look after my dog whenever I am busy. They are all so genuine, loving and caring and it gives me such peace of mind knowing that my dog will always be in good hands.

I love the concept of the app. It was fun and easy to use. Lots of cute pups. I cant wait to tell my other doggie friends about it!!!

I travel a lot for work, and this app allows me to find someone who is trustworthy to look after him while I am away. I sometimes take him with me on longer trips, and this app allows me to connect with people in any city, who can either take care of him while I am busy during the day, or people who just want to borrow him for a short while. Ill be using this app all the time!!

Has a few bugs but looks like theyre on their way to fixing them. A super cool and fun idea for people like me who love pups but cant own one just yet! LOTS of super cute dogs on there too!
